This website, techssup.in, is operated by Techssup, a software studio based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at info@techssup.in.

What we collect

Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, company and project details. We use it to reply to you and to plan any work that follows.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.

How we use and share information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, deliver services you ask for, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email, and where the law requires.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and server logs for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@techssup.in. We will respond in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
