AI automation for business, built around how your team actually works.
We design and build AI automation that takes repetitive reading, sorting and data entry off your team, connected to the systems you already run. It starts with one workflow worth automating, not a platform to buy.
What AI automation actually is.
Most business work that still needs a person is work with messy input: an emailed invoice, a scanned form, a customer message that could mean four different things. Traditional automation struggles here because it needs clean, predictable data. Large language models handle messy input well, and that is what makes a new class of automation practical.
The catch is that a model on its own is unreliable in exactly the places a business cannot afford it: money, records and customer promises. Good AI automation therefore mixes both worlds. The model reads and interprets. Ordinary code validates, calculates and writes to your systems. A person approves anything high-stakes. That combination is what we build.
What we automate
Document and data processing
Invoices, purchase orders, forms and reports read into structured data, checked against your rules and pushed into your accounting, ERP or database.
Inbox and support triage
Incoming email and messages classified, prioritised and routed, with drafted replies for a person to approve or send.
Sales and lead operations
Lead qualification, CRM updates, follow-up drafts and meeting notes that no longer depend on someone remembering to do them.
Internal copilots on your knowledge
Assistants grounded in your SOPs, policies and documents using retrieval (RAG), so staff get answers that point back to the source.
Reporting and reconciliation
Scheduled summaries, matching of records between systems, and exception lists that surface only what needs a human.
System-to-system workflows
The glue between the tools you already use, built on their APIs, with logging so you can see what ran and why.
How we decide what is worth automating
We will tell you when something should not be automated, or when a simple script or an existing tool does the job. A process is usually a good candidate when:
- It repeats often enough that the time saved adds up.
- The input is messy, but "done correctly" is easy to define.
- A mistake can be caught, reviewed or reversed before it costs money.
- The data it needs is reachable through an export, a database or an API.
- Someone on your team can tell us what a good result looks like.
Four steps. No surprises.
Map
We sit with the people doing the work and pick the two or three workflows where automation pays back first.
Prototype
A working version on your real data, shown early, so you judge results rather than slideware.
Harden
Validation, human approval steps, logging and test sets so it behaves under real, awkward input.
Operate
Documentation, handover and an optional retainer to monitor, tune and extend it.
Frequently asked questions.
What is AI automation for business?
AI automation uses AI models, typically large language models, alongside normal software integrations to handle work that involves reading, interpreting and deciding, such as processing documents, triaging messages or qualifying leads. It differs from older rule-based automation because it copes with unstructured, messy input.
How is this different from tools like Zapier or RPA?
Those tools move data between systems along fixed rules. AI automation adds the ability to understand unstructured content. In practice the best solutions combine both: fixed, auditable steps for anything involving money or records, and an AI model for the interpretation step. We build the whole chain, not only the AI part.
Which process should we automate first?
Usually the one that is high volume, repetitive, has an obvious definition of a correct result, and where errors are easy to catch. We identify it together in the first phase, before any build starts.
Is our business data safe with AI models?
It depends on design choices we make with you: what data is sent to a model at all, which provider and region are used, whether models run inside your own cloud account, and how access is controlled and logged. We scope those decisions up front rather than after the build.
How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on the number of workflows, the systems to integrate and the level of review needed. After the first phase we give a fixed-scope plan, or you can engage us on a retainer.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Starting with a single workflow keeps the first project small and the payback easy to measure.
