AI chatbots and agents that finish the task, not just answer the question.
We build conversational software for customer support, sales and internal teams, connected to your data and your systems so it can look things up, take actions and hand off to a person when it should.
A chatbot answers. An agent does.
A chatbot answers. An agent does. The difference is tools: an agent can check an order, create a ticket, update a CRM record, draft a quote or book a slot, and it decides which of those steps to take based on the conversation. That is where most of the value sits, and it is also where most of the risk sits.
So we design agents with limits from the start: a defined set of actions, confirmation for anything irreversible, clear escalation to a human, and logs of every decision. The result is a bot your team trusts enough to leave running.
What we build
Customer support assistants
Answers grounded in your help content and policies using retrieval, with citations and a clean handoff to your support team.
Lead qualification and booking bots
Conversations that capture intent, qualify the enquiry, sync to your CRM and offer times to meet.
Internal copilots
Assistants for HR, operations, finance or engineering that answer from your internal documents and tools.
Task agents with tools
Multi-step agents that call your APIs, with approval steps where a mistake would be costly.
Web, in-app and messaging channels
Website widgets, in-product assistants and messaging-app integrations, sharing one back end.
Evaluation and monitoring
Test conversations, quality checks and dashboards so answer quality is measured, not assumed.
What makes a bot worth deploying
The bots that survive contact with real customers tend to share a few traits, and we build for them:
- They answer only from approved sources and say so when they do not know.
- They have a narrow, well-defined job before they have a broad one.
- They connect to real systems, so answers reflect live data, not a stale FAQ.
- They hand off to a person with the full conversation attached.
- Someone owns reviewing transcripts and improving them after launch.
Four steps. No surprises.
Scope the job
Pick the first conversations to automate, the sources of truth and the actions the agent may take.
Build and connect
Retrieval, tools and channel integrations, demoed on real questions early.
Test against reality
Evaluation sets from your own conversations, guardrails and escalation rules.
Launch and tune
Staged rollout, transcript review and an optional retainer for ongoing improvement.
Frequently asked questions.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot mainly answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions through tools, such as looking up an order, creating a ticket or updating a record, and can plan several steps to complete a task. Agents need more careful limits and approvals.
Can the chatbot answer from our own documents?
Yes. We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) so answers come from your approved content and can point back to the source, which reduces made-up answers.
Can it connect to WhatsApp, our website and our CRM?
We build the assistant once and connect it to the channels and systems you need, such as a website widget, an in-app assistant, messaging channels and your CRM or help desk. Channel-specific requirements are confirmed during scoping.
What happens when the bot does not know the answer?
It says so and hands off to a person with the conversation attached. Escalation rules are part of the design, not an afterthought.
How do you measure whether the bot is any good?
We build test sets from real questions, check answers against expected results, and review live transcripts after launch, so quality is tracked over time.
