Do you work fixed-price or on a retainer?
Either. Fixed-scope suits a well-defined project; a retainer suits evolving products and ongoing improvement. We agree the model once we understand the work.
Do we own the code?
Ownership and licensing terms are agreed in the project contract. Our standard hand-off includes a clean repository and documentation so another team could pick it up.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. Projects are built in-house by our own team.
